Any member of the public may request a copy of closed complaint files or disciplinary actions regarding physicians by submitting the request in writing to the Public Information Coordinator. Please note that if the documents exceed 25 pages, you will be charged $.20 per page (over 25 pages) and an hourly rate of $29.00 for clerical services. If the Board determines that portions of a response can only be handled by non-clerical staff, the Board will charge you for that time at the hourly rate of the non-clerical staff member who performed the work.
