Health care proxies, living wills and other end-of-life care issues have been much in the news recently, and the Board has received many inquiries regarding these important advanced care planning documents and questions. The Massachusetts Medical Society has set up a website, www.healthcareproxy.org, where interested families and individuals may obtain the appropriate forms and instructions. The Board would encourage all citizens to visit these websites and to give thoughtful consideration to the information obtained there as they make their own health care decisions.
